Thank you for completing your submission form, for the upcoming Kingdom Call – Worship Experience 2021.

Please understand, that in order for your registration to be valid and accepted, you MUST complete the form in its entirety, and meet the following requirements to the audition on: Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 4:00pm. Location: Perfecting Faith Church – 311 North Main Street, Freeport, NY 11520

You must live in the New York City/New Jersey Area
You must submit a letter of release from your church leadership giving you permission to participate
Everyone must wear a mask during rehearsal, worship and praise sessions, as well as the days of recording (when not singing/playing) - Vaccinated and Unvaccinated
Prepare to minister in song for 2 minutes at the audition
You MUST be available for the following dates: Nov. 2nd – Nov. 4th, beginning at 6:45pm, EVERY NIGHT, for rehearsals, worship and praise sessions. (Additional rehearsal dates TBD)
You Must be available at 12pm on Nov.5th and 6th – RECORDING DAYS
You must have your own mode of transportation
You must agree with and understand that this is a volunteer gathering, which comes with no compensation
